Purpose of the position:

The Records and Technical Publication Specialist ensures accurate and compliant aircraft maintenance documentation, supporting fleet airworthiness and safety. This role manages, audits, and organizes essential records, collaborating with internal and external teams to uphold Wizz Air’s operational standards.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Completion of Aircraft Log Books.
  • Audit of completed aircraft records.
  • Reporting and rectification of maintenance records error.
  • Receipt and distribution of approved data.
  • Monitoring of aircraft technical records, aircraft utilization to ensure data is recorded correctly.
  • Providing assistance with investigations arising from ASR’s, MOR’s etc.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of processes and procedures required for the technical operation of the aircraft fleets.
  • Liaise with FLYdocs , Iron mountain and MROs' on handling the maintenance data.
  • Manage on-board folders for aircrafts.
  • Manage and handle all documentation of CAMO; update and manage maintenance manuals issued by Airbus and part manufacturers including their distribution
  • Organization, administration and record keeping of training for the CAMO.
  • Support the requirements of the continued airworthiness related to the administration and storage of data and aircraft records.
  • Any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the manager.

 

Requirements:

  • Secondary School Education
  • Fluent English knowledge;
  • Thorough knowledge of CAR 145 and CAR M regulation.
  • Experience and knowledge of logbooks management
  • Experience and knowledge of Aircraft records storage and archiving.
  • Good knowledge of AMOS and MS Office tools
  • Knowledge on Fuel Tank Safety;
  • Knowledge on HF principles;
  • Knowledge on EWIS and CDCCL;
